For the monitoring and management of the Scheme, ABASS Executive Committee will constitute a Sub-Committee called “Welfare Schemes Monitoring Committee (WSMC)” consisting of five members under the Convenorship of the Secretary. The tenure of the Sub-Committee shall run parallel to the tenure of Executive Committee.

Identification of beneficiaries:

The scheme is proposed for economically backward, poor and under-privileged children and youth residing in the slums areas. Most of the slum residents are labourers and due to extreme poverty they are unable to meet expenses on such trainings to shape their children to join employment oriented training programmes. Moreover, they are not even aware of such employment oriented training programmes being conducted by Government of Madhya Pradesh.  The ABASS, Bhopal, will conduct motivational workshop in the slums areas to make them  aware of such programmes and guide with suitable assistance in acquiring admissions , along with payment of fees, which is Rs.2500/- per year per student and incase of SC/ST beneficiaries, no fee is charged by the government.    In addition to beneficiaries of slum areas, the scheme can also be extended to beneficiaries of   Malayalee communities,   irrespective of caste & creed, if any one comes forward for availing such training.

The Sangham will open and operate a separate bank account for the scheme.

Once the scheme is implemented, the same will be open for beneficiaries and the Executive Committee of ABASS Bhopal will decide whether to continue or discontinue the scheme based on availability of budget and funding.
