The Sangham Bhopal Branch, was registered as Branch No.5465 on 14/08/2019 of Akhila Bharata Ayyappa Seva Sangham, HO, Fort, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The management of the Bhopal Branch is entrusted with the Executive Committee elected as per the bye-laws and the tenure of an Executive Committee is three years. As per provision  of the Bye-Laws of Akhila Bharata Ayyappa Seva Sangham, for the smooth functioning and implementation of its objectives, it can form/establish Trusts, Co-operative Society etc. with permission of HO. After due deliberations on the matter,  the Executive Committee meeting of the Branch held on 20.11.2021, had approved creation of a Trust to carry out the objectives of the Sangham Bhopal Branch more effectively at Bhopal in the State of Madhya Pradesh in accordance with applicable State Act/Rules, through acquisition of Immovable Property  donated to the Sangham Bhopal branch by Shri N. Gopakumar & Smt. Shobhana Gopakumar, Construction of Building,  Purchase of Fixed Assets etc. The Sangham Head Office has granted permission for creation of Trust. The 07 members, who came forward to set up a Trust,  finalised all necessary legal documentations to register a trust deed on the said land. Accordingly, a Trust namely Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Bhopal Charitable Trust has been incorporated on  22^nd November, 2021 and registered at Bhopal. Subsequently,  The Trust has obtained PAN and 80(G) and is eligible to extend tax benefit to its devotees who donate to the Trust.  Although the Trust  being a Public Religious Charitable Trust, and it has  a separate entity,  the primary beneficiaries are  members of Sangham Bhopal branch, and both the entities have already  committed to execute  “common activities/ visions”,( joint Visions attached), and  construction of an Ashram,  as approved in the  competent  meetings of both the entities.
